Exchanges and Shipping
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch through our contact form.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: Australia Post.
To return your faulty product for an exchange, mail your product to 8 North Street, Minnamurra, NSW 2533. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which will then be refunded to you once we have received the faulty item.
